01 Services Provided

Flowmark Studio provides content strategy and idea development services. All services are strategy-based and advisory in nature.

02 Payment Terms

To begin any project, payment is split into two parts:

For Monthly Content Idea Refresh services, payment must be made in advance each month. Services will pause if payment is not received. All payments are non-transferable.

03 Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our services:

• The 50% advance payment is non-refundable
• Once work has begun, no refunds will be issued
• After final delivery, payments are non-refundable

04 Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and accurate delivery, clients must:

• Provide accurate and complete business information
• Respond to communication in a timely manner
• Review documents upon delivery and raise concerns promptly

Delays in communication may affect delivery timelines. Flowmark Studio is not responsible for results if the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.

05 Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines are communicated after receiving both completed business information and advance payment. Typical delivery is within a few working days, but timelines may vary depending on workload and complexity.

Flowmark Studio reserves the right to adjust timelines if necessary. Delays caused by late or incomplete intake submissions are not our responsibility.

06 Revisions

Minor clarifications may be accommodated at no additional cost. Major changes may require an additional fee, including:

• Change of niche after work has begun
• Change of target audience after work has begun
• Significant change of business direction mid-project

The Starter Kit is built based on the information provided at the start of the project. Providing accurate information upfront avoids the need for major revisions.

07 Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives the right to use the delivered content ideas and strategy for their own business purposes.

Flowmark Studio retains the right to use anonymized examples for portfolio or marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Reselling, redistributing, or publicly sharing the content framework without written permission is strictly prohibited.

08 No Guarantee of Results

Flowmark Studio provides strategic guidance only. We do not guarantee:

• Specific follower growth or engagement rates
• Sales results or lead generation
• Viral performance of any content

Results depend entirely on execution, consistency, and market conditions all of which are outside our control.

09 Limitation of Liability

Flowmark Studio shall not be held liable for:

• Business or revenue losses
• Platform changes by Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform
• Account suspensions or bans
• Algorithm updates affecting content performance

Our services are advisory and strategic in nature. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10 Termination

Flowmark Studio reserves the right to decline or terminate services if:

• Client behavior is abusive or disrespectful
• Payment terms are violated
• Misrepresentation of business information is discovered

In the event of termination due to the above reasons, advance payments already made will not be refunded.

11 Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
