• Your WhatsApp number, for communication and delivery purposes
• Your email address, if provided voluntarily
• Your business name, niche, target audience, and content goals provided in the intake form to build your strategy
• Your Instagram and/or TikTok handle, if provided

We do not collect payment card details. All payments are processed through secure third-party platforms.

03 How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide only for the following purposes:

• To build and deliver your content strategy documents
• To communicate with you via WhatsApp about your order
• To send you your deliverables (Google Doc, PDF, voice note)
• To follow up regarding your service if necessary
• To improve our service based on feedback you share

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing to third parties, or any purpose beyond delivering and supporting your service.

04 Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

Your information may be stored in the following tools as part of service delivery:

• Google Workspace for creating and sharing your strategy documents
• WhatsApp for all communication and delivery of voice note walkthroughs

These tools have their own privacy policies. We use them only to deliver your service not to market to you or share your data externally.

05 How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your intake form responses and strategy documents for as long as we have an active working relationship with you.

If you would like your information deleted, message us on WhatsApp and we will remove it from our records within 7 business days.

06 Cookies & Website Tracking

Our website may use basic cookies for functionality purposes (such as remembering preferences). We do not use advertising cookies or track your behaviour across other websites.

We may use basic analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand general traffic patterns on our website for example, how many people visit and which pages are most popular. This data is anonymised and not linked to individual users.

• Request that we correct any inaccurate information

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. Strategy documents are stored in Google Drive with restricted access. Communication is conducted via WhatsApp which uses end-to-end encryption.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we do our best to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09 Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for business owners and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be on this page with the updated date at the top. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
