About the Service

What exactly is Flowmark Studio?

Flowmark Studio is a content strategy service for small businesses, solopreneurs, and local brands. We help you figure out what to post on Instagram and TikTok giving you a clear strategy, content pillars, reel ideas, and a posting framework. We do not post for you, manage your accounts, or run ads.

How is this different from hiring a social media manager?

A social media manager executes they post for you, manage your DMs, and handle your accounts daily. We give you the strategy and ideas so you can execute yourself. Think of us as your content strategist, not your content manager. Much lower cost, and you stay in full control.

How is this different from hiring a full marketing agency?

Agencies typically handle everything ads, posting, branding, analytics, and strategy and charge accordingly. We focus on one thing only: giving you a clear, practical content strategy you can use yourself. No retainers, no long contracts, no complex setups.

What platforms do you cover?

We focus on Instagram and TikTok specifically short-form video content (Reels and TikToks). If you want a second platform covered, that is available as an add-on for an additional fee.

The Starter Kit

What is included in the Starter Kit?

The Starter Kit includes: custom content pillars (4–5) for your brand, 30–60 reel ideas tailored to your niche, hook ideas and caption direction for each content type, CTA guidance, a weekly posting framework, an Instagram and TikTok strategy overview, and a WhatsApp voice note walkthrough explaining everything.

How is the Starter Kit delivered?

You receive a clean Google Doc you can access anywhere, plus a downloadable PDF. Alongside that, you get a personal 5–10 minute WhatsApp voice note from us walking you through the strategy so nothing feels confusing.

How long does delivery take?

The Content Audit takes 24–48 hours. The Starter Kit takes 3–5 business days from the time you complete the intake form. The monthly retainer is delivered at the start of each month.

What if my niche is very specific or unusual?

That is exactly when this service works best. The intake form asks detailed questions about your business, audience, and goals and we build your strategy from that context, not from a generic template. The more specific you are in the form, the better your kit will be.

Do I need to start with the Content Audit first?

No. The audit is optional. It is useful if you have been posting for a while and want clear feedback on what is working before investing in a full strategy. But most clients jump straight to the Starter Kit that is perfectly fine.

Process & Communication

Do I need to attend any calls or meetings?

No. There are zero calls required ever. Everything is handled via WhatsApp and a short intake form. This is intentional we built the service to be fast and low-friction for both you and us.

How do I communicate with you?

All communication happens via WhatsApp. You message us, we reply. Simple. No email threads, no scheduled calls, no project management tools.

What happens after I contact you?

We reply on WhatsApp within a few hours to confirm the fit. Once confirmed, we send you a short intake form (10–15 minutes to complete). After you submit the form, we start building your strategy and deliver it within 3–5 business days.

How quickly do you respond?

We respond to all messages within a few hours on business days. We do not leave messages unanswered for days fast communication is part of how we work.

Pricing & Payment

What are your prices?

Content Audit: $25 one-time. Short-Form Content Starter Kit: $80 one-time. Monthly Content Ideas Retainer: $35 per month. All prices are listed on our Pricing page.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Split payment is available on request. Just mention it when you reach out on WhatsApp and we will arrange it before we begin work.

Is there a refund policy?

Because we invest time building your strategy before delivery, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. If you have concerns about the deliverable, reach out on WhatsApp and we will work to address them.

Can I cancel the monthly retainer?

Yes. The monthly retainer can be cancelled at any time. Just message us on WhatsApp before your next billing cycle and we will stop the retainer with no questions asked.

Results & Expectations

Will this guarantee I get more followers or sales?

No service can guarantee specific results and we will never make that claim. What we can guarantee is that you will have a clear, practical strategy and a full bank of content ideas so you can post consistently. Consistency is the foundation of growth and that is what we help you build.

Do I still have to film and post the content myself?

Yes. We give you the strategy, ideas, hooks, and framework but you film and post the content. That is the model. If you want someone to handle posting for you, a full social media manager would be the right fit instead.

How many reel ideas will I actually get?

Between 30 and 60 reel ideas, depending on your niche and how much information you provide in the intake form. Each idea is specific to your business not a generic list of topics.
