Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Split payment is available on all packages. Just mention it when you reach out on WhatsApp and we'll arrange it before we begin work.
Do I have to start with the Audit?
No. Most clients jump straight to the Starter Kit, which is perfectly fine. The Audit is useful if you've been posting for a while and want clarity on what's working before building a new strategy.
Why do I need the Starter Kit before the Retainer?
The Monthly Retainer sends fresh ideas every month but those ideas need to be aligned with your established pillars and brand voice. Without the Starter Kit foundation, the monthly ideas won't have the right context or direction.
What if I'm not happy with the deliverable?
We want you to feel confident using the strategy. If something isn't right, message us on WhatsApp and we'll work through it. We also offer a revision add-on if you need significant changes after delivery.
How is payment handled?
Payment details are shared via WhatsApp when you reach out. We accept bank transfer, and split payment can be arranged. Work begins once payment is confirmed.
How long does delivery take?
The Content Audit takes 24–48 hours. The Starter Kit takes 3–5 business days. The Monthly Retainer is delivered at the start of each month.
